| In 1997, Michael Cavanaugh, RPh. and Jim Reginelli, RPh.,
opened Willits Road Pharmacy, a full service community
pharmacy. Soon after, the pharmacy began to service
several assisted living facilities. Realizing that the
requirements of individuals in facilities differed greatly
from those of the community pharmacy customer, they
recognized the need for specialized pharmacy services. In
2000, Robin Donahue, RPh, joined Michael and Jim, and
Willits Pharmacy Services was born. After construction of
a closed pharmacy lab and the acquisition of servicing
rights for additional facilities, Ken Karle joined the team in
2003 with his 25 years of experience and knowledge of
long-term pharmaceutical care. |
